/ PREDEE / Architects is an architectural design firm who focuses on creating a well-bonded relationship between nature, architecture, and users. As architects with more than 10 years of experience, we are aware that we are only a small part of the big equation in this design relationship.
We believe that the architecture we intentionally create complements the spirit of the site that exists without occupation or force. We purposefully provide not only a building but also a unique and impressive experience.

/ PREDEE / Architects keeps a close eye on every architectural detail while being mindful of a supportive customer service experience. We listen diligently and pay close attention to our clients’ needs. Conveying the meaning of intangible subjects and translating them into tangible objects is the embodiment of architecture.

Looknok Sriwanjarern
Founder / Architectural Director
Master's Degree in Architecture from Savannah College of Art and Design, U.S.A.
Before moving back to Thailand, she had practiced in an architecture and interior design firm in Atlanta, Georgia to gain experience in operation and tactical skills. Her career blossomed in Bangkok, Thailand as a senior architect. Her abilities were quickly recognized when she was promoted to architectural director within a year of her early career.
Now, with almost a decade working as the director, who not only managed large teams but also coordinated directly with clients, Looknok has started her own journey as founder and director at / PREDEE / Architects. Along her professional journey, she managed to teach as an architectural Professor and fill the role of guest critic at a well-known Thai university.

Methinee Tongkam / Architect
Methinee graduated with the first honor. Her exemplary project management skills and problem-solving abilities have earned her numerous accolades from both clients and peers.. Furthermore, her design acumen, coupled with her service-oriented approach, enables her to deliver exceptional results that exceed client expectations time and again.
Maria Redrick / Design Director
Maria’s superpower lies in her ability to translate business objectives into effective design solutions. After earning her BFA in Graphic Design and Advertising from Columbus College of Art and Design, she has divided her career between working with ad agencies and startups. She is passionate about collaborating with brands that have a compelling narrative to share, and excels at finding innovative ways to convey that story through effective design.
Peamjai Sriwavjarern / HR
Her innovative approaches in training have led to the development of several successful programs that have been adopted company-wide. Peamjai's dedication to fostering a positive work environment has resulted in increased employee satisfaction and retention. She is known for her excellent problem-solving skills and her ability to mediate conflicts effectively, ensuring a harmonious and productive workplace.
Sandee / Office Therapy
Born and raised in Thailand with 3-year experience living with architects, Sandee's efforts to create a warm and supportive work environment mean so much to all his co-workers. His kindness and understanding transform our workplace into a space where creativity and teamwork can flourish. Even though he doesn't always get everything right in management, his genuine care and dedication make a world of difference to our team's happiness and success.
