The ARCH, housing estate project blends modern and classic elements under 'When Modern Meets Classic' concept by 'PREDEE Architects'. It repurposes the curve (ARCH) into modern design. The front entrance and garage use repetition and recess of the main curve with an arch for a welcoming feel.

Additionally, the interior spaces are designed to maintain a seamless flow between the outdoor and indoor areas. Large windows and glass doors ensure that natural light floods the living spaces, enhancing the sense of openness. A pool courtyard, surrounded by the ARCH curve, caters to the preferences of the project owner and customers.
